Discrimination

I would like to see a discrimination case go to court. Big companies do cost-benefit analysis, then settle--what with time wasted, money to lawyers, bad press, etc.

But because they settle, it is difficult to know if the case is baseless--extortion--or factual. Juries love plaintiffs sob stories so are often biased against the big companies (speaking of bias). Link
